Featuring Brendan Pratt, Head Chef of Vasse Felix Restaurant, Margaret River. Brendan heads up the kitchen at the iconic Vasse Felix, and comes with a Michelin pedigree and a stack of awards to his name including 2021 WA Good Food Guide’s Restaurant of the Year & Regional Chef of the Year. Expect an irreverent spin on fine dining dishes, showing off the best south-west produce, and seamless pairings with wines from Idee Fixe.

Republic of Fremantle will be flexing their cocktail skills, showcasing their unique range of spirits made from WA grapes and distilled in Fremantle. Together they’ll be launching the Besk x Republic of Fremantle bottled cocktail collaboration ‘Fields Forever’. Perfectly balanced complexity boasting smashable summer fruit, a fine tart edge and a smooth generous finish.
