As we head into winter and the weather starts to cool, it’s fair to say the wine hits a little differently for all the right reasons. And wine aficionados will find plenty to love (and drops to stock up the cellar) at the upcoming City Wine Festival, taking over its new home of Russell Square on Friday 21 and Saturday 22 May. Featuring over 20 wineries with 150+ wines to try and buy, there’ll be over 30 stalls home to wineries, breweries, distilleries, delicious eats and more. It’ll be a cosy affair too, set amongst the lush green surrounds of Russell Square, complete with large marquees and plenty of heaters keeping punters warm.
Each ticket comes with a special mini or premium Plumm glass to enhance your tasting experiences, and you can upgrade to a VIP Park Lounge Ticket – with complimentary Bunkers Wines and beer from the private bar with catering, under cover and garden courtyard areas with tables and seating for comfort and private toilets for convenience.
