<p>Join us under the vines for a five-course degustation with expertly matched Old Young’s cocktails.</p>

<p>You will begin this cocktail degustation with a welcome drink and canapes, before savouring five thoughtful and thought-provoking courses by Chef Rohan Park. Expect exciting dishes and drinks with unexpected ingredients, as we feature some of the incredible native and hyper-local produce of the Swan Valley.</p>
<p>Resident cocktail expert Patrick Torres will be on the ground to talk you through what’s in your glass.</p>
