To celebrate the truffle season, Cosy Del’s, known for its Northern Italian-inspired menu and culinary excellence, has curated a five-course menu showcasing Coomer’s Manjimup Truffles for the public to experience for one night only this truffle season.
Each course has been thoughtfully crafted to showcase the unique and exquisite qualities of truffles produced by Coomer’s Truffles. The family-owned and operated farm sources the freshest truffles from the Southern Forests region of Manjimup in Western Australia.
In addition to the cultivated courses, wine sommelier and part-owner Mattia Sordini has carefully chosen a selection of premium Old and New World wines to complement each dish.
