Father’s Day at Brown Street Grill
Nothing says “Love ya Dad!” quite like a fine slab of beef, so Brown Street Grill will be adding three extra special steaks to the a la carte menu on Father’s Day. Chef Stu Laws and the team have sourced three beautiful cuts of local beef, destined for the chargrill on Sunday 4 September.

- Wagyu skirt, bone marrow butter $42
- Plus our normal Dry aged scotch fillet for $48 with Diane Sauce and Jerusalem artichokes
