Fire and Feast
Entrée is a grazing table with baked Camembert with Apricot, Gloria Dieu yoghurt dipped fruit chips, South African lamb sosaties, salami, other cold meat, Gloria Dieu strawberry relish and apricot chutney, Great Southern Olives, apricot dukkah with sourdough and other artisan products matched with Gloria Dieu Strawberry wine.
Main is wooden fire spit (rotisserie)grass fed lamb with jus, baby potatoes with garlic chives butter, roasted coloured carrots, green beans with garlic and lemon, matched wine from West Cape Howe.
Dessert is apricot crumble served with vanilla ice cream and Gloria Dieu Apricot port.
Finished off with a grazing table of Gloria Dieu freeze dried yoghurt and carob coated apricots and strawberries, South African koeksister, melktert apricot danishes and complimentary West Cape Howe coffee and tea.
Tickets – $160, includes a four-course meal including a matched glass of wine with the first three courses and coffee and tea with the final course.
