Known in France as La Rentrée or The Return, the beginning of Autumn is a truly magnificent time of year that brings with it a whole new larder of produce to explore. Orchard treats that require longer ripening, a new harvest of hardy vegetables and rich meats signal the new season. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">With the changing palette comes a chance to rediscover heartier dishes and the full bodied, generous wines that synchronise so perfectly with them. We’re beverage pairing across continents for this feast, standing fine wines from the Great Southern of WA next to classic Burgundian varieties. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Throw a scarf around the shoulders and nestle in for an evening of stunning wines and an Autumnal menu from Chef de Cuisine Shane Middleton.</span></p>
