FLOCK Festival | CERAMICS WORKSHOP with Winterwares
Join Ana from Winterwares in this innovative workshop where you will create decorative pinch pots using overlay techniques. Participants will use coloured slips and cut-out paper shapes to create abstract patterns on their pinch pots so every item will be one of a kind. The pots will be fired and glazed before they are able for collection from the Pigeonhole Hay Street store. Participants will be provided with all materials and use of professional tools.

Winterwares is the brainchild of Simone Nabholz, a Western Australian creative based in Fremantle, WA. The ceramics studio operates under the ethos of maintaining a slower pace of life. Winterwares transforms raw clay into robus and functional tableware – using the elements of earth and fire. Ana is a cherished member of the Winterwares team and is passionate about all things clay. Ana spends hours in a day perfecting her craft and loves to share her knowledge, time and encouragement to students of clay.
