MORE INFO

This is a complete splorzborg – a colourful concoction of surprises and performances from Ginava’s Messy Friends and Freeze Frame Opera, with Club Jewelz DJs playing colourful pop and dance selections. Dress the part, and let’s dance a night at the opera! Doors open 8 pm.

GINAVA’S MESSY FRIENDS

Born in Perth, Australia, Gendermess’ mission is to bring an alternative style of drag and performance to the foreground. True to their name, their aim to mess with the gender spectrum through a creative spectacle in a subversive, abstract way. See them as a trio!

FREEZE FRAME OPERA

FFO reframes operatic classics to make them relevant and entertaining for modern audiences. Our shows are specifically designed to introduce opera to new audiences and to sustain the enthusiasm of those who are already opera lovers.

CLUB JEWELZ

Introducing Club Jewelz, a Boorloo-based dance music collective with big dreams. They run monthly community-driven fundraising parties, with proceeds being put towards running a DJ and safe event workshop series; working towards bringing some more diversity and inclusivity to our beautiful community through parties and resources.

This event is part of FLOCK FESTIVAL, a 31 day showcase of WA Creativity & Culture in October 2022 in celebration of Pigeonhole’s 15th Anniversary. PIGEONHOLE is a retail store established in Perth in 2007 celebrating friendship and curating beautiful things that bring joy to you and those you love.
