FLOCK Festival | TENDER IS THE NIGHT with Jack Davies, Ben Protasiewicz And Simone & Girlfunkle
With beautiful orchestral arrangements composed by WA composers in collaboration with WA’s finest singer-songwriters, Tender is the Night returns with an extra special return of their series with Jack Davies as the new collaborator! Further supports with Simone & Girlfunkle & Ben Protasiewicz, bring a chair, grab a wine, and friends and sit back for a Tender experience. Doors open at 6:30 pm.
Jack Davies is a writer and singer based in Walyalup. His music is a blend of stories and acoustic jangles reflecting on life in the suburbs and life in a changing world. He has toured the country with his band The Bush Chooks, a nationally acclaimed folk rock group. They are currently in the midst of finishing off their first album.

The child of legendary WA creative Bridget Turner, Simone and Girlfunkle have been wooing audiences with their angelic three part harmonies for many years. Many describe their sound to be of pure beauty and innocence, only magnified by adding strings.
Vocalist and songwriter for local punk rock legends Pat Chow and Lonesome Dove, Ben Protasiewicz is known for his knack of writing deceptively simple and brilliantly timed lyrics that cut through to your core with their frankness and delivery. Watch him bring gritty stories, backed by the glorious Tender Strings quartet.
This event is part of FLOCK FESTIVAL, a 31 day showcase of WA Creativity & Culture in October 2022 in celebration of Pigeonhole’s 15th Anniversary.
