Frisk Cocktail Lab

Frisk Small Bar invites you into an improv lab with a twist. Or a sprig, or a wedge.

We’ll journey through the history of cocktails complete with utterly useless factoids not even your pub quiz team will be interested in, followed by some group bonding when we create a brand new cocktail together.

Suggest a feeling, a memory, a flavour, a glass, a garnish, an ingredient… we’ll throw the lot together and see what we get. Best cocktail goes on sale for the night. Part crash course, part improv class. Hopefully they don’t all taste like a**.

Tickets: $14 and include a drink on arrival.
