Get Shucked with Jerry Fraser
Get shucked is BACK! Doctor Zinc himself, Jerry Fraser, will be shucking up a storm at Mayfair Lane on Wednesday 26th March from 5pm. Chefs Joe Rutherford and Tom Warner join forces with Fins Seafood to create a bountiful seafood menu just for the night:
- Fresh Sydney Rock and South Australian Smoky Bay Pacific oysters
- Mussel Moules Mariniéres, Guinness foam, treacle bread
- Fremantle octopus en croûte
- Shark Bay tiger prawns, nduja, lime
- Goldband snapper, finger limes, Yuzu dressing, pickled cucumber
- Seafood cataplana
- Red emperor fish en Papillote, Tasmanian scallops, asparagus, shallots, dill, almond gremolata
- Baked whole halibut meunière
- Blue eyed trevalla, mussels, vine cherry tomatoes, beans, prawn bisque
- Hibachi cooked whole herring, rainbow carrots, caper, clam butter sauce
