Hall’s Family Dairy x UMA
This August, our award-winning Restaurant, UMA is partnering with Halls Family Dairy, producers of artisanal cheese and beef, to host an intimate and exclusive long table dinner.
We invite you to join us at the only restaurant where Perth meets Peru, for a six-course set menu and six perfectly paired West Australian wines from UMA’s cellar. UMA’s Executive Chef Xerxes Bodhanwala, curated a menu featuring cuts from a Halls Dairy English Short Horn Steer in each dish. You will be taken on a journey of fine food and wine, highlighting Western Australian grown produce.
Join us for this shared table dining experience, running for two nights only throughout August. Doors open at 6pm with dinner commencing at 6:30pm.
