Harvest is our most exciting time: it’s crazy, we’re picking grapes, crushing fruit, fermenting wine…it’s all going off!! Come be part of our adventure.

To celebrate Harvest in the Swan Valley, we’re putting on a Grape Masterclass & 6 Course Lunch. You’ll get a unique insight into different grapes and how they create your wines. Start the day by tasting freshly picked wine grapes and comparing them to regular table grapes. Discover how they taste, what gives them their unique character and how they differ from each other. Then we’ll sample wines that are partly through their fermentation and compare them with the finished wine🍷

Following the Masterclass, Chef has talked to local grape growers to create a six small plate menu, based around the best of the Swan Valley’s grape produce.

🍇 Nduja stuffed baby squid, romesco, cotton candy grapes
🍇 Stracciatella, charred crimson grapes, grilled flatbread
🍇 Crispy quail, red cabbage, flame grapes, za’atar
🍇 Berbere spiced tiger prawn, pickled dawn grapes
🍇 Twice cooked duck leg, polenta, Upper Reach Liqueur Muscat and orange reduction
🍇 Vanilla bean ice cream, almond brittle, topped with Upper Reach Tawny
