Thursday 28 July 2022 marks Independence Day in Peru, and what better way to celebrate than with a six-course dinner at UMA Restaurant? On this day each year, Plaza de Armas are full of festivities and excitement, so expect an emulation of the atmosphere seen and felt in every city around Peru. We invite you to join us on Thursday 28 July for a South American extravaganza, where Perth meets Peru in the most delicious of ways. The menu, curated by Executive Sous Chef Xerxes Bodhanwala, packs vibrant Peruvian flavours into each dish with the option to pair fine, carefully selected South American wines.

The six-course menu, which will be revealed soon, takes you on a journey of Peruvian cuisine with modern twists at every turn. With influences from Spain, Japan, China, Africa and the Incans, your tastebuds will be tantalised and your senses ignited.  This event commences at 6:30pm, however you’re encouraged to arrive early and enjoy a cocktail at The Stage, Pan Pacific Perth’s newest venue.

Tickets are $115pp + booking fee.

Inclusions:

  • Six-course set menu.
  • One of UMA’s renowned Pisco Sours on arrival.
  • Add paired wines for $39pp or choose your beverages on the evening from our extensive beverage selection.
