After her many years of study, tasting wines from all over the world, Foni Pollitt discovered a common thread that runs between her favourite bottles. They all display a distinct integrity, grittiness and lack of pretension, and were sourced from vineyards planted in rich volcanic soils. To honour this deliciously elusive style, Foni has been curating a series of intimate dinners dedicated to Volcanic Wines from around the globe. The second instalment Lava will be held on Wednesday August 31st, where you’ll jump Into The Inferno, discovering the alchemy behind these highly distinctive wines from Italy & Santorini. With special guest Foni’s mum cooking a Sicilian feast to match!
