Into The Inferno – A journey into the depths of Volcanic Wine. Join Foni Pollitt to journey into the depths of Volcanic Wine over three intimate dinners. After her many years of study, tasting wines from all over the world, Foni Pollitt discovered a common thread that runs between her favourite bottles. They all display a distinct integrity, grittiness and lack of pretension, and were sourced from vineyards planted in rich volcanic soils. To honour this deliciously elusive style, Foni has been curating a series of intimate dinners dedicated to Volcanic Wines from around the globe. The final instalment Flow will be held on Wednesday November 16th, where you’ll jump Into The Inferno, discovering the alchemy behind these highly distinctive wines and enjoying meticulously paired dishes from Head Chef Joe Rutherford. Focusing on Wines from Australia & the USA.

Foni will be pouring some exceptional examples displaying to give you a true understanding of this charismatic category.
