Join us for a unique international event at the Literature Centre to meet acclaimed Indonesian children’s author and musician Reda Gaudiamo.

‘Jalan Jalan’ means ‘to go sightseeing’, ‘to journey’ and we invite you to take a journey with us into the world of Indonesian culture and literature. Enjoy the music of the gamelan performed live in the Centre’s beautiful garden, taste complimentary Indonesian street food and a glass of wine, and meet internationally acclaimed children’s author and musician Reda Gaudiamo. In conversation with YA author and broadcaster Chenèe Marrapodi, Reda will share insights into her diverse career and perform a selection of traditional Indonesian songs and poems from her repertoire.
