Jooey’s Fried Chicken at Laika

Drawing inspiration from a recent trip back to Korea, Laika’s talented chef Jooey Kim has expertly crafted an array of mouthwatering Korean-inspired chicken and waffle combinations.

These can be enjoyed every Saturday and Saturday out of their new pop-up kitchen.

The four chicken flavour waffles include:

– Yangnyeom chicken (sticky gochujang sauce)
– Snowing cheese
– Spring onion with lemon mustard sauce
– Maple and soy sauce

All dishes are served with a homemade waffle, two pieces of crispy chicken and a side of Korean slaw. Why not try their range of tasty side dishes while you’re at it?
