Bivouac welcomes La Violetta for a night of delicious wines alongside a five-course feast from the Bivouac kitchen. La Violetta’s Andrew Hoadley, affectionately known as ‘Hoads’, will be pouring wines and chatting about his approach to winemaking.  As one the south west’s most prolific and creative winemakers, Hoads brings his mischievous edge to crafting his award-winning wines in Denmark. La Violetta wines offer not only power but elegance and precision, capturing the essence of the Great Southern region.
