Learn How to Design Tissue Transfers for Clay Workshop

Learn how to make a your own tissue transfers for ceramics.

Melanie from Eucalypt Homewares teaches small groups of 6 students in her back garden studio in Kensington, WA. In this workshop we will experiment with making our own ceramic transfers from scratch by creating layers of print design using mini silkscreens, underglaze paints and paper.

Then we will use our decorated paper to create designs onto clay slabs. By slumping the slabs into plaster moulds we will produce a set of little bowls and plates. We have lots of fun on the day, as well as taking home knowledge to design your own transfers for ceramic work.
