Little Gems

Little Gems showcases a fine selection of smaller artworks by Aboriginal artists.

Featuring original artworks on canvas from artists based principally through the Central and Western Desert, over 15 artists are represented.

Western Desert artists include Yinarupa Gibson Nangala, Debra Young Nakamarra, Marlene Young Nungurrayi and Nellie Marks Nakamarra. And Central Desert artists include Jeannie Mills Pwerle, Roseanne Morton Petyarre, Rachel Nambula and Gracie Morton Pwerle.

Contrasting works are provided by Andrew Tjupurrula Highfold whose family are from the APY Lands and Tarisse King whose father was Gurindji heritage from Central Northern Territory.
