Potato pakoras with chutneys (DF, GF) – Royal blue potatoes dusted with crushed spices, chickpea batter served with three chutneys
Three Cheese and broccoli naan – Freshly baked naan stuffed with three cheese, broccoli and seasoned with ajwain
Tandoori fish tikka (GF) – Tandoor roasted barramundi fillets, turmeric, garam masala, ginger, lemon, pickled onions
Chukender ka salad (GF) – Roasted beetroot, spiced carrots, puffet ragi grain, hung yoghurt, herb dressing, chilli oil
Chicken and Mushroom Korma (DF GF) – Chicken fillets in a mild cashew sauce scented with cardamom and rose water
