New Year’s Eve Buffet
Say hello to 2023 with a full belly at Monty’s New Year’s Eve buffet. A family-friendly affair, expect an array of sweet and savoury dishes, with seafood, meat and vegetarian options. The Stage After Party
Step onto The Stage and Flamenco your way into 2023 with live performances at 9pm and 9.30pm! The Stage will be host to our Spanish Fiesta inspired cocktail event with an array of sweet and savoury canapés served from 9:30pm. Watch the Sydney fireworks display on screen and count down with us to midnight, when each guest will enjoy a glass of sparkling to celebrate! Don’t miss drink specials on selected beer, wine and cocktails.
