Get shucked! We’re welcoming Jerry Fraser, Perth’s ‘King of Oysters’ to the brewery for the first Wednesday of every month, kicking off next week May 4. We love a good beer round here, but there are some cravings that just can’t be quashed… a dozen of the best freshly shucked oysters and a cheeky glass of bubbles is definitely our weak spot! You can pre-order bottles of bubbles when you book, or enjoy a glass of prosecco or pet-nat by the glass from the bar. Whether you’re swinging past for a cheeky beer or bubbles on the way home or settling in for a meal at Brown Street Grill, add a little midweek luxury to the mix with Smoky Bay Oysters for $30 a dozen or $18 per half dozen.
