FEATURE EVENTS

Margaret’s Beach Club

The Ultimate Beach Club experience at Castle Bay. Ticket options include Seaside Restaurant Dining, Daybeds and Bar Tickets for the Party Vibes. Daytime sessions from 12pm - 4pm will be soundtracked by Cafe Del Mar DJ, Ken Fan, direct from Ibiza. Evening/sunset sessions from 6pm - 10pm with global rockstar legend turned cheese and winemaker Alex James (Blur). Enjoy seafood platters, crayfish rolls and dishes from chefs Dave Pynt, Aaron Car, Ben Jacob and Ben Ing matched with an incredible Margaret River Wine list, specially curated by local sommelier Cyndal Petty.

Nature’s Table

Ultimate foraged and fermented dining experience. A four-course lunchtime feast under the towering trees of Tanah Marah. Ingredients sourced by ex-Nima alumni David Zilber and Ben Ing and Paul Iskov. Guests will be welcomed by Wadandi custodian, Zac Webb who will share stories about the land, Price starting at $269 for a 4-course lunchtime feast.

Grand Tasting presented by Singapore Airlines

Get ready to taste an exquisite selection of wines from the region’s most prestigious wineries, on the sophisticated lawns of Howard Park Wines. Tastings will range from best-sellers to museum specials. Tickets start at $140, which include unlimited bites, 3 wine tastings and live music by cookbook queen and opera singer Silvia Colloca.

New Wave Gathering

A congregation of Margaret River Region rebel winemakers and culinary geniuses coming together for this incredible sunset wine tasting event. Culinary fray headed by Chef Andy Heardnen (Cooks), wine tasting notes by Nick Ryan. Music headlined by Chef turned DJ, Brian Cole and Grant Smillie from LA, and Ben Shewry, owner of Attica.

Night Hawker

Best of Asian Street Eats starting at $145, this event is not to be missed, This event honours Australia’s rich and diverse multicultural history. Headed by Dan Hong, Mal Chow and Rosheen Kaul, get ready to bite into delectable dumplings, grilled skewers and other Asian delights. Pair up the food with cocktails or a refreshing local beer by Eagle Bay Brewing Co.
