Piedmont Wine Dinner
The closest thing to spending Summer abroad - head to Volare as they launch a dinner series revelling in the regional delights of their favourite European wine regions. Volare Head Chef Luca Minetti is lucky enough to call Piedmont, Italy his home, so of course they had to kick off the tour there. One of Italy’s most bountiful regions and an epicentre of gastronomic good times, a four course feast of Piedmont specialties with matching wines can only mean one thing - deliciousness abound!
