<p>W Churchill are joining forces with craft gin brand Roku for another G&amp; Tea series of events. Re-launching Saturday 22 May, guests will get two hours of free flowing bespoke Roku cocktails with a menu led by general manager Benjamin Merchant. The cocktail menu will feature a mix of WA ingredients and Japanese flavours. Exec Chef James Watson has crafted a complimentary menu of Japanese-inspired afternoon tea goodies like katsu chicken finger sandwiches, charred corn frittata and raspberry and matcha opera cake.</p>
