<p>Take a trip through the Old Synagogue while you dine on the tastiest of dishes accompanied by Cape Mentelle Wines. Begin the explorative dinner with canapes on The Arbor’s beautiful grassed area while you sip on a Cape Mentelle Sav Blanc Semillon, before heading up to the rooftop for entrees of Soy Cured Salmon with crème fraiche, turmeric caramel and water cress. Take the main journey to Mr Chapple’s rooftop where travellers while be delighted to Slow Cooked Beef Brisket, crushed potato, thyme and candied onion jus, with two warming reds; Cape Mentelle Shiraz Cabernet and Cape Mentelle Shiraz. The roving dinner ends in The Old Synagogue’s secret bar L’Chaim, with a delectable spiced apple and rhubarb crumble with a coconut sorbet twist.</p>
