Renowned chef, Shane Osborn from Arcane Restaurant Hong Kong, will craft a memorable menu for an exclusive dinner in the city. Collaborating with Enoteca Centro’s chef Michael Ingham, guests will indulge in oysters and sparkling wine upon arrival, followed by a delectable three-course dinner expertly paired with outstanding Great Southern Wines curated by Master of Wine Brendan Jansen.
