<p>The Camfield hosts Smoking on the Swan, a meat smoking event featuring 12 BBQ teams competing with a selection of Harvey Beef Reserve beef cuts and Linley Valley Pork cuts.</p>
<p>They&#8217;ll be setting up on Friday the 4th before their smoking creations will be judged by a panel of beef smoking experts and the winning team will win a cash prize. Alongside some delicious smoked meats there&#8217;s heaps on for the day, including:</p>

<li>Little Creatures Special Brew: A special limited edition brew from LC just for this event</li>
<li>Mondo Butchers Stall: Including demonstrations from WA meat legend Vince Garreffa</li>
<li>Cheat Meats Stall: WA meat enthusiasts Leon and Cory will also be doing a live demo</li>
<li>Leeuwin Estate: Wine tasting stall</li>
<li>Live Entertainment</li>
<li>Kids Club: Fun activities for the kids all day</li>
