<p>Join a free workshop session where you will have the opportunity to make surfboard themed art as part of the Surf&#8217;s Up Wadjemup exhibition in the Wadjemup Museum.</p>
<p>Learn about the culture of surfing on Wadjemup and create your own mini surfboard using repurposed materials. If you love surfing and want to explore your creative skills, then these workshops are a perfect activity for you and your family during the January school holidays. The workshops will be facilitated by artists from Kindling Creative to provide you with a playful and unique experience.</p>
<p>The workshops sessions will be held:</p>
<p><strong>Wednesday 17 January 2024</strong> &#8211; Choose from the following 1-hour sessions: 9:30 am, 11 am, 1 pm and 2:30 pm<br />
<strong>Thursday 18 January 2024</strong> &#8211; Choose from the following 1-hour sessions: 9 am, 10:30 am, 12:30 pm and 2 pm</p>
<p>This event is free but registration is required. Travel to and from Rottnest Island / Wadjemup are not included. Please ensure you register all members of your family, including adults and children. Children must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times during the event.</p>
<p>If you wish to browse the Surf’s Up Wadjemup exhibition prior to or after your workshop, please note that entry to the museum is by donation, with proceeds going to Rottnest Foundation. PayWave and cash donations are accepted.</p>
