Wine and dine midweek at Volare’s next Wine Dinner. This time they’re welcoming local heroes Swan Valley Wines for a deliciously intimate evening, pairing their lo-fi vino with a spectacular plant-based feast from Head Chef Luca Minetti.
Joining them will be winemaker Paul Hoffman, who grew up on his parents Swan Valley vineyard that is home to some of the oldest vines in Western Australia. One mightn’t consider Perth to have a distinct terroir, but Paul has dedicated his career to conserving the Swan Valley’s unique history and bio-cultural diversity. Made with little else than a deft hand, these are modern, spritely wines and a beautiful expression of the new wave of vino coming out of this emerging region.
