NewFarm is a 62-acre farm campground smack bang between Denmark and Walpole on the stunning South coast of Western Australia.
It is a special place; a place to reconnect with nature amongst the incredible granite rocks and native bushland and to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. They are opening up their beautiful space, over two evenings, to celebrate the incredible food and wine that the Great Southern has to offer, and Fervor is honoured to be teaming up with one of their favourite wine producers from the region, La Violetta.
La Violetta is the project of AJ Hoadley and Hanna Reichel, inspired by the diversity and nuance found in the vineyards and sub-regions of Great Southern, and have been making great wine since 2008. Grapes are sourced from a handful of trusted growers with exceptional vineyards, some amongst the oldest in the state. The aim is to keep production on a small scale so that each wine can be crafted with care and respect for the uniqueness of the site.
Fervor is a roaming restaurant. They harness fresh ingredients, with a focus on locally sourced produce, specifically Native Australian ingredients. Each meal is presented in a unique location to create an unforgettable degustation dining experience.
