Combine our world class produce with the passionate creativity of Kenny Mc Hardy the Chef Patron of Manuka Woodfire Kitchen and you have perfection. Join us in the glorious Jack Cox Courtyard and Rose Maze at Kodja Place for an unforgettable experience and enjoy amazing food from guest Chef Kenny, a champion of locally sourced ingredients accompanied by the magnificent wines from the adjacent Frankland River Wineries.

Kenny will cook a delicious outdoor long table dinner over wood flames, featuring Kojonup’s Wagyu beef, lamb, foraged bush tucker ingredients and eggs and honey from our world class, passionate local producers, who will be revealed throughout the evening. Home grown entertainment will also be part of this fabulous event. MENU:

Canapés on arrival

Wagyu beef skewers cooked over coals, roasted spring onion, gochujang sauce

Aged Cambray feta, honeycomb, macadamia, sesame crisp

Starters (shared)

Wood roasted olives, gremolata

Sourdough, moojepin saltbush butter, rosemary

Oyster mushroom pate, pickled oyster mushrooms, chives

Ham and sandalwood nut terrine, local fruit chutney

Pickled and fermented vegetables, beetroot hummus, zaatar

Main course (shared)

Slow roasted kojonup lamb, smoked yoghurt, red karakalla, date and port puree, lamb jus

Prince of orange potato and celeriac gratin, st johns brook, smoked garlic

Wood roasted bathgate farm carrots, cambray sheep curd, warrigal greens, pickled shallots

Dessert (individual)

Smoked honey and rosemary pudding, double yolk and vanilla bean custard, roasted white chocolate and saltbush

Tickets - $100, includes canapes and a glass of fizz on arrival, followed by a superb 3-course dinner.
