Tender is The Night - Mathas + Alexia Parenzee

Known for transforming venues with the sound of strings, this season of Tender is the Night will be at the Art Deco Trivoli Theatre for the opening show in a series of intimate, one-of-a-kind concerts.

Every performance of the season features a suite of songs by renowned local singer-songwriters, with string scores written by classical composers and performed by the Tender Strings Quartet. Audiences are invited to immerse themselves in the work of each performer and the beautiful arrangements of ten different composers, as each piece comes together for the first time in front of a live audience.

Next on the line-up is local Hip hop legend Mathas and the soulful Alexia Parenzee with the Tender Strings Quartet on Sunday 31 August.
