THE GIN SWITCH: BOBECHE X REPUBLIC OF FREMANTLE

An epic gin takeover as two of WA’s best cocktail bars switch places for two unmissable events.

On Saturday September 16 the Republic of Fremantle heads underground to Bobeche – a chance to show off a tight list of gin-based cocktails.

Bobeche’s turn will come on September 30 as James Gentile decamps to the Republic of Fremantle, infamous Bobeche teapots and popcorn machine in tow.

Both nights will feature a special collaboration cocktail the Bobeche Popcorn x RoF Gin-a-colada. We’ll be infusing the Republic’s crowd favourite (think Aromatic Gin pineapple lime and coconut sorbet) with Bobeche popcorn. Yes the popcorn machine is back!).
