Come join the Jungle Body Coastal in North Beach, for a special Dance Cardio Mega Class with a Live DJ!

The Jungle Body Coastal is a judgement free environment giving absolutely EVERYONE the opportunity to feel inspired, increase their fitness levels and have fun. Run by Jungle Body addicts-turned-instructors Kat and Ash, our classes are a mix of very easy dance moves with some toning tracks to provide a full body workout no matter your fitness level.

Classes are held in the dark with disco lights, so it’s just like a night out but without the hangover!

Location: Charles Riley Centre, 7a Kitchener Street, North Beach

– No booking required, just show up on the day
– Casual class is $14 per person
– Cash or Card accepted
– If you’re new, your first class is FREE!
– Bring along a sweat towel, Mat, water bottle and wear comfortable shoes/clothing
– Class runs for 60 minutes
– Plenty of free parking is available at the venue
