Western Australia is often overlooked by companies touring more niche or boundary-pushing artists, and who can blame them – the greater cost of flights, combined with our comparatively much smaller markets mean that bringing these artists to Perth/Fremantle is at best hugely risky, and at worst a safe bet to lose tens of thousands of dollars.

Inspired by this problem, The Naval Store has teamed up with like-minded touring companies and local promoters to ensure that WA doesn’t miss out entirely. Featuring critically acclaimed international artists, The Naval Store’s Winter Program will be WA’s home to forward-thinking, boundary-pushing music for the first week of June, 2024.

Hosted in a truly unique, heritage-listed warehouse space with creative and inspired audiovisual displays, the program marks an unmissable fixture in WA’s creative arts calendar.

The Naval Store acknowledges the traditional owners of Walyalup, the Whadjuk people of the Nyungar boodjar and their continuing connection to land, sea and community. We pay our respects to their cultures and to the Elders past, present and emerging.
