The culinary planets have aligned and three of WA’s best have landed at The Norfolk Hotel in Fremantle for a stopover:

Leigh Power – Ginger Boy, Sweetwater, Tonic & Ginger, soon to be opening Shui in Subiaco.
Dany Angove – Leeuwin Estate

On Thursday 6th October, they’re cooking up a storm for a collaborative dinner – expect some big flavours with Russell’s French inspired charcuterie, Leigh’s spicy Asian seafood and Dany’s meat fest from the new charcoal BBQ. Enjoy a lively shared table dinner on the Norfolk’s deck. Tickets $99pp inclusive of three signature dishes, Villaggio wines (Margaret River) and a Q&A with the chefs.
