Discover the flavours of Mauritius as we welcome Masterchef’s Brendan Pang, cookbook author and owner of Fremantle’s Bumplings to Topi at Karrinyup’s West Deck for an exciting collaborative feast.
Join us as Brendan and Topi Owner and Head Chef Gurpreet Bagga join forces to create an incredible modern feast inspired by Brendan’s Mauritian heritage. One of the great Creole cuisines, Mauritian food is a melting pot of Chinese, Indian, African and French flavours, with dishes that are totally unique to this tiny island off East Africa.
From Brendan’s famous dumplings to a butter chicken slider and plenty of tropically spiced stops in between, this is a feast not to be missed.
