The Tree of Hope is a large-scale Christmas light installation as part of the City of Perth’s Christmas Lights Trail, blooming over 46 summer evenings in Yagan Square, 6 – 11pm. The Tree of Hope is an interactive beauty that will bloom as you participate with the interactive station. The people of Perth working together in unison to move the tree of flowers to bloom at once, resulting in uplifting lighting and sound tracks that inspire and convey a message of hope, unity and joy. A new start.

This is an all-accessible installation allowing the whole community to enjoy the magic of Christmas with the message of hope. Keep an eye out for festive entertainment and performances from 6pm every Friday and Saturday evening throughout Yagan Square until Christmas. The Christmas Lights Trail is one of Perth’s signature events, attracting families every year to marvel at the magical spectacle of light. Now in its sixth -year, this year’s trail will cover 6km across the City.
