TOMA is delighted to introduce a unique Truffle + Fire Series in their opulent casual fine dining setting, located inside Pirate Life Perth. For three exclusive evenings throughout the winter months of June and July, TOMA Head Chef Charlie Vargas will be curating three distinct five-course celebrations to showcase the rare, vivacious, and complex flavours that these unique seasonal delicacies have to offer. Situated in the heart of West Australian truffle country, Australian Truffle Traders are family owned and grown, supplying the highest quality truffles from Manjimup to feature throughout the evenings’ menus. All three evenings will showcase its own exclusive menu, paired exquisitely with premium wines from featured iconic Australian wineries.
Each evening will commence with a cocktail-style reception within Pirate Life Perth’s unique private The Mezz space, where guests will enjoy exclusive views of the brewery below while enjoying welcome drinks and canapés. Guests will then make their way to their privately booked table in TOMA restaurant – where they will enjoy roving visits from Australian Truffle Traders’ owner, Gavin Booth and featured winemaker of the evening;
