On Thursday 19 October our award-winning UMA Restaurant is partnering with Plantagenet Wines to host an intimate dinner.
We invite you to join us for a four course Peruvian menu and perfectly paired with wines from one of the Great Southern’s finest vineyards. The menu, curated by Executive Chef Xerxes Bodhanwala, will be introduced by Xerxes himself, followed by an exclusive opportunity to hear from Plantagenet owners Tom and Jo Wisdom. Together, they’ll take you on a journey of fine food and wine, highlighting Western Australian grown produce.
Doors open at 6pm with dinner commencing at 6:30pm.
