Entree:

Taramasalata, spring onion, lemon & sourdough

Pacific oysters, Geraldton wax & smoked oil

Zucchini flowers, prawn & squid ink

Main:

Wagyu rump, carrot & horseradish

Fennel, radish, bread crumbs, snow peas & whey
