Join us at Rockpool Perth for the West Australian Good Food Guide’s Christmas dinner event, WAGFG x Rockpool – A Night Of Festivities, on Wednesday 1 December. The ticketed event will see Rockpool Perth host an indulgent multi-course feast inspired by a treasure trove of West Australian produce and accompanied by award-winning WA wines. The menu showcases WA’s bountiful summer harvest and pays tribute to produce that traditionally bestows an Australian festive feast, including Akoya oysters from Leeuwin Coast, fresh local Goldband Snapper, Skull Island prawns, plums and peaches from Bickley Valley, local cranberries and hazelnuts, and macadamia nuts from MacNuts farm on the sandy coastal plain of Baldivis. An oyster shucking station and decadent canapes are followed by entrees to share, including Christmas Hams and Prawn Cocktails, then an indulgent ‘Main Feast’. A dessert showcase is one of pure festivity: Christmas Pudding with Eggnog, Pavlova with cream and fruit, Lamingtons with Davidson Plum Jam and Chantilly, and Pimm’s trifle.
