<p>Enjoy a refined menu spanning three curated courses. Each course applies different techniques and flavour pairings to Waygu beef, whilst mirroring a line-up of expertly paired Western Australian grown and produced wines from the top shelf, by Ampersand Estates.</p>
<p>Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by a bespoke Rainfall Distillery gin cocktail, before sitting down to enjoy an evening of luxury and indulgence.</p>
