We’ve made it no secret that we’re pretty excited for spooky season this year!

We’ve already rounded up Perth’s haunted places and urban legends… and now we’ve got you covered with a huge list of spooky events happening throughout October, including halloween themed markets, halloween parties, a gym halloween special and more.

Halloween @ Perth Escape Rooms (All week)

Northbridge’s spookiest Escape Rooms, Escape This, have been getting in on the Halloween fun since Friday the 13th and will kick on through to October 31 with trick-or-treating for the whole family, late-night horor escape room sessions, street performers, jack-o’-lanterns, ghouls, giant spiders and more! Book your session if you dare!

Halloween Twilight Market @ Supreme Court Gardens (Oct 27)

Supreme Court Gardens will be transformed into a bustling market featuring unique handmade goods, live music, taste-tempting food and plenty of ghostly, crazy fun. Don’t be surprised to see stalls being run by goblins, zombies, unicorns, fairies and all things fanciful. Get dressed up to win prizes – it’s a safe, family-friendly environment with fur babies welcome too! More info here.

Taking Back Saturday @ The Rechabite (Oct 27)

Round up Miss Murder and all the Nearly Witches because this is a pop punk and emo halloween, with all your fave sad-bangers on the d-floor, best dressed competition, Halloween decor and visuals, gifts for the first 100 people, sing alongs and more. Tickets here.

DANSE til you Drop @ AGWA Rooftop (Oct 28)

Join AGWA for the final event in the MAKE, LISTEN, DANSE artistic evening series exploring and responding to GOOD NIGHT by Özgür Kar. Shake your soul, bring your dark side and celebrate Halloween under the night sky to the sounds of Sacha Alexiou, Nicole Filev and Larry D, and experience elixirs, potions, demons and darkness. Find your fetchest possible outfit for Saturday 28 or Sunday 29 October when the Mean Girls Halloween Dance Party takes over, with screaming sing alongs and dancing strongly encouraged.

Into The Jungle: Garden of the Cursed @ Henry Summer (Oct 28)

Step out of the CBD and Into The Jungle at Henry Summer where you’ll find yourself surrounded by lush vines, creepy crawlies and live performances galore. We’re talking an immersive jungle experience, complete with fire breathers, snake charmers, face painters, jungle drummers, samba dancers and more! Free entry with a costume before 7pm!

Dance of the Dead @ The Court (Oct 28)

Dance of the Dead is an immersive Halloween experience at The Court on Saturday, featuring special guests Jawbreakers and Rockafellas, along with hair-raising Halloween attractions and decorations, blood-curdling visuals, scary fairy floss, spooky popcorn, and grisly drink specials. Outrageous Outfits, Ghastly Gowns, and Frightful Frocks are all encouraged. Tickets here.

The Haunted Big House @ Metropolis Fremantle (Oct 28)

Fremantle’s biggest venue is turning into a gigantic haunted house for one spooky night with a spooky silent disco in the laneway, NDORSE AV set on the main stage, face-melting RUMBLE in the Laundry Bar, hair-raising surprises throughout the night, prizes for best dressed and more. Free entry before 9pm in if you’re in costume!

Halloween Trick or Treat @ Wanneroo Markets (Oct 29)

Wanneroo Markets annual Halloween event is back and bigger than ever from 10am-5pm – bring the kids in a safe, family-friendly environment with plenty of fun including face painting, Origami Sammi, OMG Donuts, fairy floss, petting zoo, bouncy castle, live music and more.

Kooky Creatures Halloween Party @ AQWA (Oct 31)

AQWA’s famous Kooky Creatures Party is back for some family-friendly and freaky festivities from 5:30pm for this special aquarium by night event. Visitors will encounter an eerie underwater world with some of the slimiest and strangest marine creatures of the deep while enjoying a fun night of tricks and treats along the way. Day of the Dead @ El Grotto (Nov 3)

El Grotto is throwing a one-night-only Day of the Dead celebration, packing their usual weekender into one big live music fiesta, featuring face painting, costumes, live music from Coolibah, Circa the Sun and Apricot Tea and of course, tequilaaaaa.
