Wine 101 – A Besk Guided Tasting

Join Besk’s own Sommelier; Trent Everitt, for a special guided tasting event. Designed for interested amateurs – a fun and informal showcase of a range of styles that will leave you with a vocabulary to describe wine more clearly. Want to know what we mean by wine-terms like acid, tannin, body, structure & finish? Want to be able to describe exactly the types of wine you like (and dislike), so you need never buy a bad bottle again? Includes tastings of 5 wines from a range of styles, including reds & whites.

No prior knowledge of wine needed! Starting at 5:30pm, Trent will walk you through 5 wines wrapping up at 7pm. Light grazing boards provided to accompany the tasting. Tickets $50 per person and are strictly limited to a small number and available online only. Please note that this tasting will take place in the Besk cellar accessible by a flight of 15 steps with double hand railings.
