Meet the makers – A taster’s journey through the region’s wine, liquor and vino foods. A journey through some of the best wines, beers, liquors and vino foods of the Great Southern, all in one beautiful heritage location. Wine and Country Tours, an official experiences partner of the Premier Mill Hotel, is inviting guests to meet the producers/owners of wineries, distilleries, breweries and several regional bespoke food producers for an exquisite walk through the Premier Mill Hotel, Dome Cafe and Old Power Station with booths for each producer to showcase their product with samples. Try and buy some for later from some of the best local produce available! The event is family friend, with plenty of food options for the kids, please note children will not receive a tasting glass.
